We generate a layout in Pdf format – we can send in picture format as well (Png, Jpeg) 

No, this only includes interior areas 

We generally need about an hour on site. For larger properties, this could require couple hours instead

Our pricing includes a single unit – if you need additional units included, please email us at info@asbuiltla.com to send a custom quote

We only provide CAD files if we are performing an as built documentation service – please email us at info@asbuiltla.com to discuss your CAD needs

For all other drawings, we provide that through our as built documentation service

As built documentation is much more detailed VS a Floor plan layout. As Built drawings require manual measuring and creating drawings in CAD format or Revit format. We are happy to provide as built drawings of your property, kindly head to our homepage or email us at info@asbuiltla.com to get a quote

We are covering buildings up to 6000 SF – for larger spaces/buildings, we will reach out to the client once booked to discuss further compensation if needed 

No, we are only a documentation service – for design drawings and editing these plans, you will need to reach to a design professional
